Given holds a national diploma in Civil Engineering at the Tshwane University of Technology as well as a B-Tech: Civil Engineering at the Central University of Technology. He is currently busy with his MBA at the University of East London (UK). He is also registered with SACPCMP and ECSA.

His has many personal skills like being innovative, flexible, analytical, self-motivated, and honest. He is result driven and a great team player. His competencies as an engineer includes Sub-Contractor Management, Project estimation (Pricing), Health and Safety file preparation, and Contract management to name a few.

As a graduate of the Wits School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Chris strives to constantly develop himself to serve society more effectively.

As an ambitious and hardworking professional he applies his experience to think both operationally and strategically. His interests vary from structural engineering, renewable energy, waste management to project finance and property investment.

After 4 years of construction project management experience, he returned to to complete his civil engineering degree. With more than a decade of industry experience, both in private and public sector, with management of infrastructure projects from inception to completion at his core service offering. This includes JBCC and GCC contract forsm, infrastructure asset management plans as well as developing bespoke service level agreements. He also provided support in developing and maintaining GRAP compliant asset management systems.

With over a decade of work experience, Cornel not only holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Potch University, but he also adds Commercial Pilot to his list of accomplishments. Currently completing a professional diploma in Project Management, Cornel never ceases to amaze in his uncanny ability and energy in which he uses to guide and mentor his team. As a natural born leader, his areas of expertise also boast problem solving and some rather impressive computer skills.

Cornel’s humble beginnings as a farm worker instilled a sense of leadership, hardwork and determination as his core framework for creating excellent work.

As a Construction Manager with over 12 years of experience, it’s easy to see why Philisa fits his position so adequately and so successfully.

After completing his BSc Construction Studies, where he was awarded as the best student in his module, he then went on to complete his Honours in the same field of study. And the skill development doesn’t stop there, Philisa is currently completing his MSC Building in Construction Project Management.

Philisa has an interest and a natural ability for the planning, coordination and management of every aspect of the project, keeping his finger on the pulse at all times. Not only does he get his hands dirty when it comes to the nitty gritty of the work, but his ability to forecast and predict situations, plan accordingly and adapt on the spot are something to be admired. He’s also a Professionally Registered Construction Manager with the South African Council of Construction and Project Managers.

As a professional civil engineer with nearly two decades of experience, Marius has extensive knowledge in managing large mining, commercial, industrial and civil projects in South Africa, Africa and Australia.

Marius uses his strong technical, project and commercial management skills to lead multidisciplinary project teams. Throughout his career, Marius has won several awards for his outstanding work on various projects.

Multi-faceted as a Civil and Electrical Construction Manager, Anton has over four decades of experience under his toolbelt. From his humble beginnings as an electrical apprentice for Telkom in 1982, Anton has climbed his way through the ranks in working on a number of monumental projects under the name of well-respected and multi-faceted firms, namely; The building of the Briquette plant, multiple water treatment plants and the building of a brewery.

Anton thrives on challenges and strives to always achieve perfection in every job he completes. His leadership skills shine through when working with a team whilst ensuring that safety rules and regulations are always a top priority. His keen eye on emerging trends in new technologies aid in assisting him and his team in developing new ideas to both simplify and streamline his working environment.

Aleksandra Paton, fondly known as Ola, has more than a decade of experience in the engineering field as a project and development manager. She has core experience in multi-disciplinary project management, design, operations management and commissioning.

In working as a project, engineering and development manager since 2013, Ola is a master in budget development, financial management, procedure and contract development, resource management and technical development.

With nearly two decades of experience, Marius proves his expertise and skillset in not only his display of exceptional project management skills through his know-how and implementation of seamless systems and platforms but also his outstanding interpersonal skills. Marius’s leadership and people skills shine through in his ability to bring out the best in his team members, this coupled with his ability to adapt to ever-changing situations equip him with his admirable proficiency in his role as a project manager.

With multiple qualifications to his name, Marius is a qualified mechanical engineer (B.Eng) and has completed his Masters Degree in Engineering Management (M.Eng), he is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP®).KPIs, budget constraints and deadlines.
