Maxwell is a Professional Engineering Technologist (Civil), with a national diploma in Civil Engineering. He has a proven track record for delivering successful Civil Engineering projects. His work experience is in construction of mega projects in the Civil Engineering sector. He has extensive experience in water treatment and mining infrastructure projects.

Furthermore, he has extensive project and contracts management experience in South Africa as well as the rest of Africa (Zimbabwe, Botswana & Tanzania, Zambia, and Liberia).

He has the ability to exercise independent judgment and application of management and engineering principles. He is successful in business development, client liaising, compiling and submission of proposals and tenders.

As a graduate of the Wits School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Chris strives to constantly develop himself to serve society more effectively.

As an ambitious and hardworking professional he applies his experience to think both operationally and strategically. His interests vary from structural engineering, renewable energy, waste management to project finance and property investment.

After 4 years of construction project management experience, he returned to to complete his civil engineering degree. With more than a decade of industry experience, both in private and public sector, with management of infrastructure projects from inception to completion at his core service offering. This includes JBCC and GCC contract forsm, infrastructure asset management plans as well as developing bespoke service level agreements. He also provided support in developing and maintaining GRAP compliant asset management systems.

Since a young age, Niel had the urge to work with people and machines. His father was quick to notice his curiosity and urge for independincy to explore and lead. Managing the family farm became Niel’s responcibility at the age of twelve, this included managing  production, manufacturing, and warehouse functions.

He is an extremely positive individual with the profound ability to see the greater or bigger picture whilst accommodating technicalities and milestones. Eight years working in the petrochemical, steel manufacturing and mining environment granted him the knowledge to manage, long and short-term planning for ultimate efficiency on strict process & timeline driven projects and ultimately execute projects successfully, whilst, exercising and applying safety protocol and mechanical design requirements in the field of engineering.

He believes in strong leadership without ego and learn to grow and grow to learn.

Lodewyk passed matric with exemption and went on to obtain his Baccalaureus Procurations (B Proc) at the University of Pretoria. Furthermore, he helds a qualification in advanced certificate in construction contractions as well as Adjudication in construction contracts at the University of Pretoria

His personal interests are Mountain biking Dedicated sport shooting Deep-sea fishing, 4×4 trails and Gyrocopters.

Lodewyk has experience as a Commercial Manage and Attorney in areas of Platinum Exploration and Legal advisor, Contract & Agreement Development, creation of legal entities, Debtor management and restructuring, Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation & Appeal processes.

Sandisiwe Madliwa is a Civil Engineering Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the field. She is a highly motivated individual who uses strategy and creativity to develop effective responses and plans to all projects, people and any challenges she may face. With a deep understanding of the roles and responsibilities associated with being a civil engineer, Sandisiwe is able to establish, develop and maintain highly effective working relationships with the project team.

She uses her advanced, invaluable skills and experience to lead, plan and manage any project deliverables from conceptualisation and commissioning of all civil engineering discipline projects. Sandisiwe is incredibly passionate about her work as a Civil Engineer and strives to be a team player as well as a reliable leader in any project she is a part of here at ProCM.
