A Construction Project Specialist with 5 years of experience in the field. Rorisang is a highly motivated individual who uses strategy and creativity to develop effective responses and plans to all projects, people and any challenges he may face. With an Honors degree in BSc Construction Management from the prestigious University of Witwatersrand, he brings a strong foundation in project planning, cost estimation, risk management and construction management.

Rorisang eagerly expands his knowledge and gives his absolute best as a Project Coordinator at ProCM.

Nelisiwe is a Process Engineer with over three years of experience working as a PCN Coordinator. Nelisiwe uses her hands-on approach and experience in Chemical Engineering, Project Management and Metallurgical related fields, to lead teams and projects sufficiently. She currently holds a BSc. (Honours) in Chemical Engineering (University of Witwatersrand) and a Programme Project Management Certificate – Dec 2023 Enterprises (University of Pretoria).

With a solid foundation in Process Analysis, she is always prepared to utilise her knowledge and abilities to deliver the best results, whilst gaining immeasurable experience and skills to advance in her career. She is a self-motivated and result driven individual who believes in uplifting and empowering others through knowledge and experience gained.

Naledi is a highly motivated and vibrant woman. Her experience in various supervisory roles has given her the skills to lead and drive safe and productive project teams within diverse mining environments.

Having good leadership skills, harnessed through actively managing productive project teams, mine planning, scheduling, budgeting, and mine project productivity, makes her the perfect fit to manage diverse mining and construction projects alike. Through strategic innovative solutions and effective cooperation with stakeholders, she has managed to maintain and improve project timelines and meet mine production targets.

Currently she holds a BSc Eng. Mining degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.
