With a decade of experience in the construction and project management field, Awie specialises in coordinating and implementing multi-disciplinary projects. He is an experienced project manager with a National Diploma in Civil Engineering and a B.Tech in construction management.

Awie has in-depth experience in managing, coordinating and implementing multidisciplinary projects in power generation, FMCG as well as in the industrial and infrastructure sectors. As a hardworking individual who gives 110% to the success of his projects, Awie eagerly expands his knowledge and gives his absolute best as a project manager at ProCM.

Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (SA) and completing his articles in 2016, Philip has held senior positions at various leading financial institutions, whilst gaining experience across many jurisdictions and industries. His core values of integrity, transparency, and dedication underpin his work ethics, consistently delivering high-quality, efficient results while maintaining professionalism.

With a wide range of skills, knowledge and expertise under his belt, Phillip eagerly applies his broad-spectrum experience to his position as a Chief Financial Officer.

With a number of note-worthy and high-value projects in his portfolio, ranging from construction (including apartments, bridges and hotels) to roads and civils, Anton is considered an expert in his field and continues to exceed both client and team expectations with his sharp eye for detail and his undeniable passion for development. Holding both a BSc Degree and Honors in Construction Management, Anton has been hands-on-deck since he started working in 2007, whilst still completing his degree. His ability to evaluate the necessities and requirements of a new project complement his professional and personal approach when dealing with the unpredictabilities that come with construction, ensuring he maintains a realistic approach and outlook, keeping the client and his team in the loop at all times. Anton’s integrity, outstanding organisational and leadership skills in project management ensure he is always one step ahead.

With vast experience in the engineering landscape, ranging from civil engineering to FIDIC Contract Consulting, Scott heads up our Processing Division and continually improves this ProCM service offering to exceed both client and team expectations.

Holding both a BSc Degree in Information Technology and B.Eng in Civil Engineering, Scott has gained invaluable experience since he started working in 2010. He is currently certified with the South African Council for Project & Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) as a Professional Construction Manager, which allows him to stay current with trends, constraints and all legal aspects of his various disciplines.

Dewald is a professionally registered Engineering Technologist with more than 20 years’ experience in the EPCM and consulting engineering environment.

This includes 12 years’ experience in the mining and minerals environment as a Project Manager and Senior Civil Project Engineer.

He is competent in Client liaison and coordinating multi discipline engineering designs and teams, procurement, contract management, managing contractors and consultants on site, value engineering, cost control, programming and basic financial modelling. He has vast experience with GCC, FIDIC, and NEC type contracts

As senior design engineering technologist and project manager at associate level for civils and infrastructure on various township development, commercial and government projects, including residential developments, golf estates, commercial properties, township services, roads, bridges and schools in South Africa.

With over two decades of bookkeeping and human resource experience and an impressive amount of knowledge and experience in finances, administration, human resources and payroll, Eloise is a woman who proves her dedication and drive for office management in everything she does, which is why her role in Human resources couldn’t be better suited to a more equipped and capable woman.

Not only does Eloise have a certificate in Sectional Title Management and Home Owners Association Management from UCT, but she has also continued to add to her collection of experiences and knowledge in completing numerous courses in human resources, recruitment and selection and many more. In 2023 she enrolled with MANCOSA and is currently in her 2nd year of her BCom Degree in Human Resource Management.
