Since a young age, Niel had the urge to work with people and machines. His father was quick to notice his curiosity and urge for independincy to explore and lead. Managing the family farm became Niel’s responcibility at the age of twelve, this included managing  production, manufacturing, and warehouse functions.

He is an extremely positive individual with the profound ability to see the greater or bigger picture whilst accommodating technicalities and milestones. Eight years working in the petrochemical, steel manufacturing and mining environment granted him the knowledge to manage, long and short-term planning for ultimate efficiency on strict process & timeline driven projects and ultimately execute projects successfully, whilst, exercising and applying safety protocol and mechanical design requirements in the field of engineering.

He believes in strong leadership without ego and learn to grow and grow to learn.
