Naledi is a highly motivated and vibrant woman. Her experience in various supervisory roles has given her the skills to lead and drive safe and productive project teams within diverse mining environments.

Having good leadership skills, harnessed through actively managing productive project teams, mine planning, scheduling, budgeting, and mine project productivity, makes her the perfect fit to manage diverse mining and construction projects alike. Through strategic innovative solutions and effective cooperation with stakeholders, she has managed to maintain and improve project timelines and meet mine production targets.

Currently she holds a BSc Eng. Mining degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.
