Maxwell is a Professional Engineering Technologist (Civil), with a national diploma in Civil Engineering. He has a proven track record for delivering successful Civil Engineering projects. His work experience is in construction of mega projects in the Civil Engineering sector. He has extensive experience in water treatment and mining infrastructure projects.

Furthermore, he has extensive project and contracts management experience in South Africa as well as the rest of Africa (Zimbabwe, Botswana & Tanzania, Zambia, and Liberia).

He has the ability to exercise independent judgment and application of management and engineering principles. He is successful in business development, client liaising, compiling and submission of proposals and tenders.
